Fired in, not printed on
Your logo is fired into the glaze at high temperature — it becomes part of the cup, not a layer sitting on top. That is why it outlasts printed, sublimated, or stickered mugs through years of high-rotation service.
Commercial dishwasher safe
Survives daily service washing without fading. No hand-washing required.
Won't fade, peel, or scratch
In-glaze print and laser etch are permanent for the life of the cup.
Food-safe & microwave
Standard glazes are microwave-safe (gold & metallic decal excepted).

Sending us your artwork
You don't need print-ready files to start — but the better the artwork, the cleaner the result. Here's what we work with.
Best: vector files
AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. Scales to any cup size and lets us colour-separate cleanly for the kiln.
Also works: high-res PNG
Transparent background, at least 1000 px on the longest side. We'll tell you if it needs redrawing.
No vector? We redraw it
Our team rebuilds your logo as print-ready art for a small one-time fee, quoted upfront.
You approve a proof first
A digital mockup before production, plus an optional physical sample. Nothing is fired until you sign off.
Colour: tell us single- or full-colour, plus any Pantone to match. Placement: side, bottom, handle, inside, or on the saucer.
Materials
Match material to use case: bone china for tasting, reinforced porcelain for high-rotation bars, stoneware for wabi-sabi aesthetic.
