Q: How do I send you my logo?

Vector files are best — AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG. They scale to any cup size and let us colour-separate cleanly for the kiln. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background also works (at least 1000 px on the longest side). Upload it with your quote, or try it live in our logo studio first.

Q: I only have a small or low-resolution logo file — can you still use it?

Usually, yes. If the file is too small or pixelated to fire cleanly, our team redraws it as print-ready vector art for a small one-time fee, always quoted upfront before any work starts. You approve the redrawn version before production.

Q: Will I see a proof before you produce anything?

Always. You approve a digital mockup of your logo on the actual cup, and for first orders we recommend a physical sample as well. Nothing goes to the kiln until you sign off — so there are no surprises on the bulk run.

Q: Single colour or full colour — what can you print?

Both. Single-colour branding (including metallic and gold) is the most economical and suits most wordmarks and icons. Full-colour kiln print handles gradients, photography, and full-wrap illustrations. Tell us if you need a specific Pantone for brand matching.

Q: Where on the cup can the logo go?

Side, bottom, handle, or inside the rim — on the cup, the saucer, or both. Wrap-around illustrations are supported. If you are not sure what works for your shape, we will suggest placements with your proof.

Q: Can you match my exact brand colour?

Yes. We offer Pantone matching from MOQ 300+ (a small colour-matching fee applies). Below that quantity we match as closely as our standard glaze and ink library allows, and show you the closest option before you commit.

Q: Is the logo dishwasher-safe?

Yes. Your logo is fired into the glaze — not printed on top — so it survives commercial dishwashers and daily café service without fading, peeling, or scratching off. (Cups finished with gold or metallic decal are dishwasher-safe but should not go in the microwave.)

Q: Will the logo fade or wear off over time?

No. In-glaze kiln print and laser etching are permanent for the life of the cup. This is the main reason fired ceramic outlasts printed, sublimated, or stickered mugs in a high-rotation hospitality setting — the branding cannot rub away.

Q: How should staff care for the cups?

Just normal commercial dishwashing — no hand-washing required. Our porcelain and glazes are built for high-rotation service. Avoid thermal shock (straight from freezer to boiling water) as you would with any fine ceramic.

Q: Are the cups microwave-safe?

Standard glazes and colours are microwave-safe. Pieces decorated with gold or other metallic decal are not microwave-safe — we will flag this clearly if it applies to your design.
