From inquiry to your door

Send us your shape preference, quantity, customization needs, and target date. The /wholesale/quote form is the fastest path — it goes straight to our BD inbox.

We send a tiered pricing PDF (50 / 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000 unit columns), confirm MOQ feasibility, and propose a realistic delivery date based on current workshop capacity.

For first-time orders, we strongly recommend a paid sample (1–3 pieces). This catches color and texture issues before bulk production. Sample cost is credited toward your final invoice.

Once you approve the sample, we issue a purchase order. 50% deposit secures the production slot. Wire transfer or PayPal Business accepted; 1.5% credit card surcharge applies for cards.

You receive photos at three key stages: raw bisque firing, glaze application, and final kiln. Standard production runs 14–21 days. Rush orders compress to 10 days for select shapes.

Each piece is hand-inspected. AQL 2.5 standard for B / C-tier defects (chips, glaze pinholes). We supply a defect-rate report with shipment.

Ceramic-grade double-box packaging with dividers. We ship DDP (door-to-door, duties paid) or DAP depending on your preference. US East Coast delivery 8–12 days from kiln-out.
